Updating the Gradient CLI

You can update the CLI without installing a new package. Use the command gradient update:

$ gradient update
@gradient/cli_app: Updating CLI from 1.0.0 to 1.0.0-9faec26c8 ... done

Removing the Gradient CLI

Currently there is no automatic uninstaller process for the Gradient CLI. However, you can manually remove all files related to the Gradient CLI from your macOS.

Remove the following directories:

  • /usr/local/bin/gradient
  • /usr/local/lib/gradient
  • $HOME/.config/gradient
